Are your products natural or organic?

All our products are made with 100% natural ingredients. We try to use organic ingredients as far as possible so that you can feel safe about what you are putting on your scalp and hair.

What is the expiry date of your products?

Our Hair Oils are handcrafted in small batches to ensure its freshness. It has a shelf life of 18 months but it is best used within 6 months from date of opening.

How long does my order take to arrive?

All parcels will shipped out within 3 working days from date of purchase.

Preorders will be mailed out within 30 days from date of purchase.

Return and Refunds

We CARE about you and want you to be 100% happy!

We offer a 7 days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product is completely unusable upon delivery
  • To be eligible for a return or refund, the candles must be unused and in original packaging and condition. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase and photo.
  • For Returns or Refund, please email sales@joirbysam.com
    with the subject 'Returns/ Refund' and include your order number,
    name and the reason for the return/ refund and we will respond accordingly.
